Yes, you can cancel your Znamky+ membership at any time from your account. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period. No hidden fees or notice periods.
We accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Stripe gateway, or standard bank transfer. Card payments are processed automatically; for bank transfers, you set up a standing order.
As a Znamky+ member, you automatically receive a 10% discount on all products in our e-shop. The discounted price is shown directly on the product page once you are logged in and applies for the entire duration of your active subscription. On top of that, every paid order earns you 10% back in store credit for future purchases.
If your payment doesn't arrive, we'll send you an email notification. You have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue. After that, your membership is automatically deactivated and you'll lose the discounted prices, but you'll of course keep your account and order history.

Every paid order automatically earns you credit back — 5% for registered collectors, 10% for Znamky+ members. You will find it under My credit in your account and can spend it on any order of 200 Kč or more, even combined with the member discount. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the matching cashback is deducted again. Credit is valid for 3 months from the date it is added — unused credit then expires.
